Infrastructure security

We use multiple defensive layers in order to protect end-customer data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data are both physically and logically protected from general employee access through the use of resource-based policies and roles using the principle of least privilege. We regularly perform internal and external penetration tests in order to identify all the risks related to the network, service security, and processes around networks and applications.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013

ISO27001 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system within the context of the organization. We are ISO 27001 certified and continually demonstrate that our services meet the expectations of our customers and that data is handled in accordance with the highest international security requirements and standards.

GDPR

We handle the personal data of customers worldwide, including individuals residing within the EU. Our data processing protocols ensure compliance with GDPR and minimizes the collection of personal data to login credentials, using pseudonymization to protect user data.

What python libraries do you support?

Many open-source Python libraries are available to users on the SigTech platform, including NumPy for numerical analysis; pandas for time series analysis; SciPy for scientific computing, statsmodels for statistical tests, scikit-learn for machine learning and many more. Are my strategies and data safe on your platform?

Cybersecurity is of utmost importance to us and our customers. Our system is designed so that all proprietary data are encrypted both at rest and in transit. We have been awarded certification to ISO 27001. ISO 27001 is the most widely adopted information security standard globally. It’s published by the International Standardization Organization (ISO) and sets out the policies and procedures needed to protect an organization, including all the risk controls (legal, physical and technical) necessary for robust IT security management. By becoming ISO 27001 certified, SigTech reconfirmed its deep commitment to ensuring that adequate security controls are in place to protect customer information and data from being accessed, corrupted, lost or stolen.
